LOS ANGELES — Amazon MGM Studios is heading to the court for its next high-profile romantic comedy. Rising stars Tyriq Withers and Isabel May have been tapped to headline Love Love, a tennis-themed sports romance from writer-director Joey Power.
The project, which is generating significant buzz as a fresh entry in the sub-genre, will see both lead actors pulling double duty as executive producers. Production is officially slated to begin this fall in New York City, targeting the perfect backdrop for its high-stakes athletic setting.

Co-written by Joey Power and Daniel Sweren-Becker, Love Love weaves a classic under-pressure romance against the electric atmosphere of one of the world’s premier sporting events:
- The Plot: The film follows a struggling tennis phenom (played by Isabel May) whose career and confidence are on the line as she navigates a difficult career slump.

RK Films’ Joe Roth and Jeff Kirschenbaum—well-known for backing major studio blockbusters—are producing alongside Ari Lubet and Jonathan Berry of 3 Arts Entertainment. Joining Withers and May on the executive producing team are Joey Power and Alyssa Altman.

She is next slated to appear on the big screen in the highly anticipated Scream 7.
